Is Controversy Neccessary?

During the past week, the only things I've heard about the NBA Finals is how boring it is and how the ratings suck. There are many theories as to why the ratings suck. I have heard the Spurs are boring a million times and I'm tired of it. They play the right way. They play their opponents style and beat them at it. The craziest theory I've heard is one by ESPN. On the radio, one of their radio hosts said no one is watching because their is no controversy. Controversy is not needed. We don't need T.O in every game so people will watch. REAL basketball fans LOVE the Spurs because they play the right way. They can win a slow, defensive game in the 70's or a high powered, offensive game in the 110's. The NCAA Tournament always has good ratings no matter who is playing. You know what the real problem is? ESPN. They are the main media outlet for sports and all they show is 10% highlights and 90% tabloid-type stuff. If the Yankees didnt exist and T.O never made it to the gridiron, ESPN would have nothing else to talk about. The Finals aren't as good as some recent ones but it is still entertaining to me.

This Guy Is AWESOME

This guy is the best of all-time at these tirades. Not only does he use the classic tirade-acts like the kicking dirt on the plate and taking the bases. He also uses some creativity by doing the army-crawl to the picthers mound to get the resin bag and use it as a grenade and making his own home plate. Check this Out

LeBron Proves Haters Right, Chokes In Game 5, Teammates Bail Him Out

LeBron James did absolutely nothing to prove his haters wrong. In a crucial Game 5, all he did was get 48 points and7 assists. Lucky for him, he had some great play behind him from Larry Hughes who scored an incredible 9 points along with a solid assist total of 1. Also leading the charge was Sasha Pavlovic and Drew Gooden who went a combined 5-20. A clearly frustrated James' had this to say after the game, "It's obvious that I suck in the crunch time. 48 points?!? Are you kidding me?!? I should've scored at least 200 tonight. I'm just happy we escaped with a W tonight. I want to thank the entire Cavs organization for surrounding me with the players to carry me to the next level" Not only did he suck offensively, he let Tayshaun Prince run wild on him. In 49 minutes, Prince scored an unheard of10 points on 4-13 shooting. Fortunately for the King, he has a Saturday night date with the Pistons where he will have another shot to show how clutch he is in Game 6 in Cleveland.

Game 5- Cavs-Pistons: Who Gets To Lose To The Spurs?

Will we see this again? ...More than likely, Yes

It's a fight for second place. Who will represent the worst conference in NBA history in the Finals? My pick is the Pistons, who return to the Palace At Auburn Hills to face the streaking Cavs, who have won 2 in a row after getting beaten in the first 2 games of this series. LeBron has shut his haters down the last 2 games, playing great in the clutch. But can he keep it up on the road? Yes, he can. But it won't be enough to save the Cavs. I think Rip Hamilton and Chauncey "Mr.Big Shot" Billups will get out of their slump tonight.

My Prediction:
Pistons-86
Cavs-81

Dogfighter:The Legend Of Ronny Mexico

When I first heard Michael Vick a.k.a Ron Mexico signed the biggest contract in NFL history, I first thought "Why would they overpay that much for someone when they could get the same passing results or better from Rex Grossman?" Then, my second thought was. "What is he gonna spend all that money?"

Now I know. According to a "dogfighting insider" who once had a dogfighting match with Vick, he wagered tens of thousands of dollars to anyone who thought his dog would lose. What an idiot? But then again, what did you expect? I mean, this is the same guy who was caught at an airport smelling like marijuana and with a water bottle with a hidden compartment.Looks like he and his brother are having a sibling rivalry to see who can be the bigger dumbass.

Kobe Gone Wild

It seems as if the sports world is owned today by Kobe Bryant. He has changed his mind on wanting to remain a Laker more often than Britney checks into rehab. Don't get me wrong, I love Kobe, but for everyone's sake Kobe, make up your mind!

My Prediction: Kobe will get traded to the Bulls with Andrew Bynum for a package like Ben Gordon, Luol Deng, Ben Wallace and maybe some overpaid scrub if they need to match up the salaries. The Bulls with Kobe will contend in the East but the wild card is Bynum, who will be the only marquee big man on the Bulls since they got rid of Eddy Curry, Tyson Chandler, and Ben Wallace. Bulls Vs. Cavs becomes new version of Bird Vs. Magic and gives the NBA what they desperatly need to save the league.
